The Department of Transportation Medical Exam is performed periodically to commercial driver license holders to ensure that the driver can safely operate a commercial vehicle. Our doctors are fully competent and certified to perform DOT compliant physicals.

• Fill out a brief health history questionnaire. The Doctor will then review it with you and perform a vision and urine test among other physical assessments.
